White Bean Turkish Piyaz Salad with Tahini

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes and
  • 1 tsp paprika or cayenne
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • parsley
  • 1 can of cooked white beans


  • Mix lemon and water with tahini , mix well..Add olive oil and spices .
  • Cut parsley and onions and and add it to the tahini sauce and finally add beans..
  • Add more salt , lemon juice , spice and parsley if you want..
