White Bean Turkish Piyaz Salad with Tahini
Naturally gluten free and vegan salad that is made with tahini and white beans, super healthy and delicious
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes and
- 1 tsp paprika or cayenne
- 1 red onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can of cooked white beans
Mix lemon and water with tahini , mix well..Add olive oil and spices .
Cut parsley and onions and and add it to the tahini sauce and finally add beans..
Add more salt , lemon juice , spice and parsley if you want..
